Ale Durian is the harvest of a precise, integrated farming system — Musang King, Duri Hitam and heritage clones nurtured by water, soil and bees with the same care, season after season and harvested at the peak of perfection.
OUR STORY
A 1.5-acre orchard where
heritage meets precision.
Founded on 12 April 2021 in Kampung Pasir Puteh, Kalumpang, Jarumas Fresh Fields Business tends 30 mature durian trees — many over thirty years old — alongside premium clones such as Musang King, Duri Hitam, IOI, Udang Merah and Tekka.
We farm as one living system. Stingless bees pollinate the canopy, Damara sheep graze the cover, belimbing madu lines the perimeter, and IoT-monitored irrigation keeps every root steady. The result is durian you can taste with confidence — fresher, cleaner, more consistent and most importantly, delicious.

We provide fresh durian, with varieties and premium clones such as Musang King and Duri Hitam, which are picked and sold for customers who want to enjoy quality durian.
Frozen Durian
With a high demand throughout the year, frozen durian is prepared and packed neatly to maintain its freshness and original taste, suitable for customers who want to enjoy durian out of season.
Tempoyak
We have tempoyak, a delicacy made from fermented durian, offering a unique taste experience that is both bold and complex. It carries a tangy and slightly sour flavor, balanced by the rich and creamy sweetness of durian.

Precision Watering
Every tree receives a controlled daily supply through sprinklers — soil moisture stays even, roots stay stable, fruit develops evenly.

Organic Fertilization
We feed the soil with goat manure: a natural, sustainable input that builds long-term fertility instead of forcing short-term yield.

Management
Grass is kept in balance, kelulut bees handle natural pollination, and the canopy is allowed to breathe — a working orchard, not a sterile farm.
